Owner: Prairieland Partners
Location: McPherson, Kansas
Building Manufacturer: Butler®

Project 1 Description: A 90' x 180' x 22' shop was built behind the existing facility. Butler® components used for this building include the Butlerib® II Wall System and the MR-24® Roof System. Special features of the shop are the in-floor heating and a 2-ton overhead bridge crane. The unique design for the crane runway and the engineering to support that weight was a collaboration between Butler Manufacturing and Richardson Brothers. John Deere has standardized this design for their shops built all over the United States.

Project 2 Description: To follow up, the existing building was re-roofed and enclosed so that an existing lean-to could be used as a covered outdoor lawn mower display. The construction provided an additional 3,900 square feet of expanded showroom and office space. There was also extensive concrete poured at the site for implement display areas. Since then there has also been an expansion of the tool room and the parts room.

Testimonial: "Deer Trail Implement recently went through a remodeling project in which Richardson Brothers Construction was hired to do the total project. The project consisted of an addition to our showroom and an office wing. Since we are a retail business, the traffic flow had to continue without interruption. We were completely satisfied with all facets of the construction, including the pricing and the professionalism they brought to the project. They more than made sure that the construction would go smoothly and that we would have a first-class facility at the end of the project. Because of their willingness to please and the expediency in their work, we added several more phases in the total project. All were finished without a hitch.

If you’re looking for a construction company that produces top-notch facilities in a professional and timely manner, we would definitely recommend Richardson Brothers Construction."
